| Level 7 is the highest level of compulsory gymnastics at Docksiders. The boys train 4 days a week for approximately 16 total hours. At Level 7 boys continue to learn the skills that lay the groundwork for more difficult optional level gymnastics. These boys have shown a strong ability and desire to excel in the sport of gymnastics and are preparing to make the jump to the more rigorous training of the optional team. . |
